Hello, I actually stumbled upon your site. Your literature is beautiful. I actually had a question, what is the picture with the caption "Ka Nho Abilio Macedo" suppose to be? I am doing a project for school, and I am looking up my sur name De Macedo, and any thing pertaining to this sur-name is valued facts.

Hi Tiffany,
Ka Nho Abilio Macedo is Nho Abilio's house in Alto San Pedro, Fogo. Today, I believe it belongs to somebody else. The pictures I have were taken in 2000. I use them to remember Bila Riba when I lived there, and that was more than 30 years ago. Thank you for visiting my site. I am going to post new poems soon. Come again
